Job Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for Belirise. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of the IT and recruitment landscape, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth. You will collaborate closely with the recruitment team to align client needs with our talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify and research potential clients in the IT sector, including startups, SMEs, and large enterprises.
    • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.
    • Build a robust pipeline of potential clients and track progress using CRM tools.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Understand clients’ IT recruitment needs and present tailored solutions to meet their hiring goals.
    • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional business.
  3. Sales & Revenue Growth:
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth for Belirise.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business and close deals.
    • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
    • Stay updated on IT industry trends, recruitment practices, and competitors’ activities.
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities and target sectors.
    • Provide insights to the management team to refine business development strategies.
  5. Collaboration with Recruitment Team:
    • Work closely with the recruitment team to align client needs with available talent solutions.
    • Ensure seamless communication between clients and recruiters to deliver timely and effective hiring solutions.
    • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
  6. Networking & Branding:
    • Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to promote Belirise and its services.
    • Build Belirise’s brand presence through professional networking and thought leadership activities on social platforms like LinkedIn.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in IT recruitment or the staffing industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
    • Knowledge of IT recruitment processes and the tech talent market.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in IT services or recruitment is highly desirable.
